Labour shortages at critical project phases are a recurring problem on infrastructure contracts in Bihar. Vipprafest maintains a roster of experienced construction workers across multiple disciplines — so when your site needs to scale up, we can mobilise quickly.

All our workers are screened for experience, carry valid identity documents, and are deployed with written agreements to protect both the contractor and the workforce. We handle attendance, coordination, and replacement if any worker is unavailable.

We supply to government-contracted sites for East Central Railway, Bihar PWD, Rural Works, and Water Resources — environments where compliance and reliability are non-negotiable.
