New construction, renovation, and structural repair of government buildings — staff quarters, office buildings, godowns, and public facilities. RCC frame structures, brick masonry, plastering, and finishes.

Road Construction & Repair

Complete road construction including formation cutting, earthwork, sub-base (GSB), base course (WBM), bituminous surface dressing, and CC road works under Rural Works and PWD contracts.

RCC & PCC Works

Reinforced cement concrete and plain cement concrete works for foundations, slabs, columns, beams, culverts, retaining walls, and drain covers to BIS specifications.

Drainage & Irrigation Works

Open drains, covered drains, canal lining, irrigation channels, check dams, minor irrigation structures, and dewatering systems under Bihar Water Resources and MGNREGS contracts.

Piling & Foundations

Driven piles, bored piles, and raft foundations for road bridges, buildings, and heavy structures. Pile load testing documentation and records as per contract requirements.

Maintenance & Repairs

Annual maintenance contracts, periodic repairs, whitewashing, plumbing repairs, structural crack grouting, and civil upkeep for government estates and railway properties.
