Terms governing use of the Vipprafest website and engagement of our construction supply and contracting services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website vipprafest.in and any services provided by Vipprafest Private Limited (CIN: U42909BR2023PTC061810), a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at C/O Ajay Sharma, Vill-Berka, Tola-Berka Panchdharnai, Block-Makhdumpur, Jehanabad, Bihar — 804422, India ("Vipprafest", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.

2. Service Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting us by phone, email, or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding contract. All service engagements are subject to:

  • A formal written quotation or proposal issued by Vipprafest.
  • A signed work order, purchase order, or contract between Vipprafest and the client.
  • Receipt of any advance payment as agreed in the formal proposal.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or project at our discretion without providing reasons.

3. Supply of Materials

For construction material supply (cement, TMT steel, sand, aggregates, and related materials):

  • Pricing is confirmed at the time of order placement and is subject to prevailing market rates, GST, and applicable levies.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control including transport conditions, weather, and availability from manufacturers or quarries.
  • All materials are supplied as per agreed grade and specifications. Any quality disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the client upon delivery to the site or designated delivery point.

4. Workforce Supply

For workforce supply services:

  • Vipprafest sources and deploys skilled and unskilled labour as per the client's requirements and agreed work orders.
  • The client is responsible for providing a safe working environment in compliance with the Factories Act, 1948, the Building and Other Construction Workers Act, 1996, and other applicable labour laws.
  • Vipprafest complies with applicable provisions of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, and ensures that deployed workers are provided statutory entitlements as required by law.
  • The client must ensure that no worker deployed by Vipprafest is engaged in work outside the agreed scope or in hazardous conditions not disclosed at the time of contracting.

5. Civil and Infrastructure Contracting

For civil contracting work (RCC/PCC, road works, drainage, irrigation, piling, renovation, and related services):

  • All works are executed as per the scope, drawings, and specifications mutually agreed in writing prior to commencement.
  • Variations to the scope of work must be authorised in writing by both parties before additional work is carried out.
  • The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary statutory approvals, permits, and clearances required for the project before work commences.
  • Payment milestones are as specified in the work order. Vipprafest reserves the right to suspend work in the event of non-payment beyond the agreed credit period.
  • Defect liability period and warranty terms, if any, are as specified in the relevant contract.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments are due as per the schedule specified in the work order or purchase order.
  • All amounts are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes, which are payable by the client in addition.
  • Late payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSMED Act), if applicable.
  • Vipprafest issues valid GST invoices for all supply and service transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, logos, and blog articles — is owned by or licensed to Vipprafest Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vipprafest's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our website or services shall not exceed the value of the specific order or contract to which the claim relates. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

9. Force Majeure

Vipprafest shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation under a contract where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or disruptions to supply chains.

10. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, any grievances regarding content on this website may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at:

We will acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable statutes. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jehanabad, Bihar, India.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
